Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We stand behind every product in our collection. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure quality and safety for all customers, the following items cannot be returned:
- GPS & Rangefinders (for hygiene and technical reasons)
- Golf balls once removed from original packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging with all accessories

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including:
- Return shipping address (varies by location)
- Recommended carrier (typically same as original shipment)
- Return authorization number (must be included with package)
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Upon receipt and inspection of returned items:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after return processing (standard shipping times apply)
Special Cases
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S. (excluding certain Asian/remote regions):
