Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging). Some exclusions apply (see below).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • GPS & Rangefinders (for hygiene and technical reasons)
  • Balls (once removed from original packaging)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including:

  • Return shipping address (varies by location)
  • Recommended carrier (typically same as original shipment)
  • Return authorization number (must be included with package)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Upon receipt and inspection of returned items:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after return processing (standard shipping times apply)

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S. (excluding certain Asian/remote regions):

  • Customs forms must be marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
  • Original international shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Allow additional 5-7 business days for international processing

Damaged or Defective Items

If your premium golf equipment arrives damaged or defective:

  3. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedited replacement
